About Us

MCC was founded by John Barnes, who is a Chartered Civil Engineer, a Fellow of the ICE and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is the Representative for the ICE in Bahrain, a Board member for the Advisory Board of the College of Engineering at the Applied Science University of Bahrain and has over 32 years’ experience with internationally renowned construction and engineering companies on diverse, challenging, and iconic civil engineering and building projects and on several mega projects.

 

MCC offers an extensive range of marine and civil engineering services providing economical solutions for all engineering stages of a construction project, from feasibility studies, concept designs, site investigations, detailed design, tender documents, construction supervision services and project wrap ups. We also provide specialist peer reviews, contract administration and dispute resolution advice.

Our team consists of professionally qualified civil, marine, coastal, structural and geotechnical engineers.

With extensive experience in a wide range of civil and marine disciplines, we take pride in our work. Our main objective is to deliver the client’s vision.
