With expertise in Business Development, Contract Administration, Project Planning and Management, Construction Supervision, and Claims and Dispute Resolution, he excels in establishing efficient systems and teams to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
Ogun Aydingun

Structural Lead
Ogun is a Chartered Structural Engineer and boasts nearly 30 years of post-graduate experience across Civil/Structural Engineering. His career spans diverse technical roles, from delivery lead to technical reviewer, with expertise honed through academic rigor and hands-on project involvement. Notable contributions include leadership on major projects like the London Elizabeth Line (Crossrail), where he led structural engineering efforts for underground railway stations. Holding a PhD in earthquake engineering, Ogun possesses deep theoretical and practical knowledge, excelling in finding pragmatic solutions for complex challenges. Beyond technical prowess, he demonstrates adept client management, financial acumen, and a commitment to team development.

Geotechnical Lead
Dudley M English, with over 35 years of extensive experience in Geotechnical Engineering, has contributed to various sectors of Civil Engineering through desk studies, investigations, designs, and construction oversight. His work spans projects in the UK, Middle East, India, and South-East Asia, focusing on, slope stability, coastal works, reclamation, retaining structures, piling, ground anchoring and reservoir engineering. His expertise encompasses marine works, highways, bridges, petrochemical installations, heavy foundations, and ground engineering claims across different environmental conditions in tropical and arid regions worldwide.
Ali Muradi

Marine Lead
Ali has extensive experience working across the Middle East designing and delivering Marine, Civil and Geotechnical Engineering designs from concept stages through to detailed design and construction stages. Ali is fully competent in master planning, designing edge protection structures, marinas, reclamation platforms, dredging channels, scour protection, mooring facilities, and navigation channels. Ali is knowledgeable in various international codes and standards with experience across numerous projects including Red Sea Global Developments, Palm Jumeriah Jetty, Al Naseem Development, and Mardumah Development Sea wall.
